How we engage
We prepare the transaction so capital can be arranged against it — title confirmed, condition evidenced, refurbishment scoped, logistics costed, counterparty checked. Capital is assembled per transaction from relationships we hold directly: family offices, corporate venture, private equity and private credit. We name them to you at the point it matters. On some transactions we take a position alongside an investor partner; on others we structure the path and the buyer funds it. We tell you which one you are looking at before you spend money on diligence.
